1.1 Should you find our training services unsatisfactory, we extend a 100% money-back guarantee. However, to qualify for this guarantee, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction no later than the conclusion of the 7th day from your registration date. This notification should be submitted by completing the refund request form available at https://my.9demy.com/refund. Requests for refunds received after the 7-day period shall not be considered.

2. Cancellation/Rescheduling

This charge will be the higher of Rs. 5,000 or 15% of the training cost. The remaining balance shall be issued to you as credit.

2.3 In the event of rescheduling or cancellation initiated by us, you may choose to attend the rescheduled training or receive credit equivalent to the amount paid.

4. Credit

4.1 Credits may be utilized to pay for any of our services.

4.2 Credits must be utilized within 6 months of their issue date, after which they shall expire.
